Role Summary

We are building next-generation

AI-powered learning platforms and industrial XR (VR/AR) solutions at

Learne2i and CUPS Innovation.

This role focuses on developing scalable backend systems, AI-powered RAG pipelines, and deployment-ready applications that directly power real users in education and industry.

You will work across

• AI systems (RAG, embeddings, document intelligence)
• Backend platforms (Python + .NET)
• Deployment and production environments
• Integration with VR-based training systems

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend systems using Python and .NET
• Build and maintain

REST APIs

(FastAPI / ASP.NET Core)

• Develop

RAG pipelines

:

• Document ingestion (OCR → structured data)
• Embeddings and vector search
• Work with databases

(SQL + vector DB like Qdrant)

• Deploy applications on:
• Local environments (Windows systems)
• Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Debug and resolve:
• Deployment issues
• API failures
• Data inconsistencies
• Collaborate with Unity/VR team for backend integration
• Optimize system performance (speed, accuracy, scalability)
• Implement secure coding practices and data handling

Core Skills (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in

Python

• Working knowledge of

.NET / C#

• Experience building APIs using:
• FastAPI / Flask OR ASP.NET Core
• Solid understanding of

SQL databases

• Hands-on experience with:
• Running Python projects locally (venv, pip, requirements)

Education & Experience
