Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Gurgaon.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of robust web applications, bridging the gap between complex backend logic and intuitive frontend interfaces.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.
Your work will directly impact the scalability and reliability of our client platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and build scalable web applications by integrating React.js frontends with Node.js and Python-based backend services to meet client-specific business requirements.
- Design and maintain secure RESTful Webservices to ensure seamless data exchange between disparate system components and third-party integrations.
- Optimize database performance and schema design in MySQL to support high-concurrency environments and complex data reporting needs.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native infrastructure on AWS, utilizing services like EC2, S3, and RDS to ensure high availability and cost-effective resource utilization.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices in software design to maintain high code quality and reduce technical debt across project lifecycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production-level bottlenecks to improve system latency and overall application stability for end-users.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building responsive user interfaces with React.js and developing server-side logic using Node.js and Python.
- Proven ability to design and document RESTful Webservices that are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain.
- Strong proficiency in managing relational databases, specifically MySQL, including complex query optimization and database indexing strategies.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, with the ability to configure environments, manage deployments, and monitor application health.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, distributed team environment.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in full-stack development, demonstrating a track record of delivering complex software projects from inception to deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an adaptable mindset to thrive in a hybrid or office-based work environment across our India locations.
