Full Stack Developer - Python/Node.js/React.js

Role Overview :

Immediate to 2 weeks Notice Period. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer for our Chennai location. This is a Work From Office role.

Experience : 4 - 8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our product engineering team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Our technology stack primarily includes React.js, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL, and our products increasingly incorporate AI/LLM capabilities.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on full-stack development experience along with a good understanding of APIs, databases, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, cloud, containers, and modern application architecture.

This role is suited for an engineer who can go beyond implementing UI/API requirements and can contribute to technical design, scalability, performance, reliability, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade full-stack applications.
• Build modern web applications using React.js / Next.js.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Work with PostgreSQL for application data, schema design, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.
• Implement caching using Redis or similar technologies.
• Build asynchronous workflows using message queues and background workers.
• Work with technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS, or equivalent messaging systems.
• Contribute to microservices and event-driven/distributed architectures.
• Integrate AI capabilities into applications using LLM APIs and AI services.
• Work on AI-enabled features such as LLM workflows, streaming responses, embeddings, RAG, vector search, and tool/function calling, where applicable.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Participate in system design and technical architecture discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD, Docker-based deployments, monitoring, logging, and production operations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Technical Architects, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Stay current with modern technologies and engineering practices relevant to AI-powered products.
