Job Summary :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Agentic AI to design, build, and deliver next-generation AI-powered applications. This role demands a hands-on technical leader who can architect, develop, and integrate Agentic AI systems from concept to production.

You will lead end-to-end development of autonomous, multi-agent AI solutions, translate real-world business problems into intelligent systems, and mentor engineers in building scalable, production-grade AI applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and deliver end-to-end Agentic AI solutions from ideation to production.
• Develop and integrate autonomous AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Google Vertex AI, Python, MCP, and related frameworks.
• Work on prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment workflows.
• Design and optimize ML/DL models including regression, classification, extraction, and NLP-based solutions using ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM architectures.
• Translate business problems into scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient AI system designs.
• Ensure AI solutions follow Responsible AI principles including explainability, data privacy, security, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into full stack applications.
• Lead technical initiatives, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in full stack development with hands-on Agentic AI experience.
• Strong expertise in frontend technologies : React, TypeScript (or equivalent).
• Strong backend experience with Python (preferred), .NET, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system design.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning & Data Science, including :
• Regression, classification, feature engineering, model evaluation
• Neural networks (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
• Hands-on experience with NLP and transformer-based models (encoder, decoder, encoderdecoder).
• Practical experience with Generative AI, including RAG, embeddings, grounding LLMs with enterprise data.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (Microsoft Copilot Studio, LangChain, LangGraph) including :

a. Agent orchestration b. Tool usage

• Memory and multi-step reasoning
• Strong prompt engineering skills for accuracy and controllability.
• Experience designing and deploying end-to-end ML/AI systems in production.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams or projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to mentor and grow engineers.
