Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of experience in web and/or mobile application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Python backend development, frontend development using ReactJS or mobile app development using Flutter, along with strong database knowledge in PostgreSQL and MySQL.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web/mobile applications using Python, ReactJS, and/or Flutter.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend APIs and services.
- Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following coding standards.
- Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in Python (preferably frameworks like Django or FastAPI or Flask).
- Hands-on experience with React and/or Flutter.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL database design and optimization.
- Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS / Google Cloud / Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic DevOps knowledge
