Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Role Overview :

As a Full-stack Developer at Spatial Alphabet, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our core platform and related applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate user stories into robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' decision-making processes, contributing to their success and the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Python and Django to facilitate data exchange between front-end and back-end systems.
• Design and implement user interfaces using React.js, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for our clients.
• Build and deploy applications on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, and RDS to ensure scalability and reliability.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases to support efficient data storage and retrieval for our platform.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code base.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated proficiency in Python and Django for back-end development, including experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Proven ability to develop responsive and engaging user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and related technologies.
• Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
