We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our core product engineering team in Chennai.
You will design, build, and maintain the full breadth of our platform - from intuitive React-based dashboards to robust Python/Django back-end services that power real-time AI analytics, and REST APIs consumed by industrial edge systems.
You will collaborate closely with platform architects, data scientists, and industrial domain experts to ship production-grade features.

Reports To Platform Architecture Lead / CTO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using React, consuming live data from APIs .
- Build and maintain RESTful API services using Python/Django, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Own database design, query optimisation, and schema management in PostgreSQL for time-series and relational data.
- Implement data pipelines and event-driven workflows for real-time ingestion of data
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to expose model outputs through clean, versioned REST APIs to front-end and third-party consumers.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle: design, code review, testing, CI/CD, and deployment on cloud and edge environments.
- Maintain code quality, security standards, and comprehensive documentation across all platform components.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS :
Technology / Skills :
- React (Front End) Proficient in React (hooks, state management, component architecture).
Experience with data-heavy dashboards, charting libraries, and real-time UI updates.
- Python & Django Solid Python development with Django/Django REST Framework for API services, background tasks, and data processing pipelines.
- PostgreSQL Hands-on experience with schema design, indexing strategy, query optimisation, and ORM usage (Entity Framework / Django ORM).
- REST API Design Deep understanding of REST principles, API versioning, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and API documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI).
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS :
- Apache Kafka Critical for high-throughput, fault-tolerant real-time data streaming
- RabbitMQ Used for task queuing, micro-service message passing, and decoupled processing of AI inference jobs
EXPERIENCE &
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 3 to 6 years of professional full stack development experience in a product or SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end features across front end, back end, and database layers.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices.
