Role Overview:
As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless, user-centric digital experiences. Your work will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our platforms, ensuring that our technical architecture remains agile and capable of supporting rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using modern full-stack frameworks to ensure high availability and performance for end-users.
- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end interfaces and back-end services.
- Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-quality code.
- Optimize database performance and query efficiency to support data-intensive operations and improve overall application responsiveness.
- Manage the end-to-end deployment lifecycle by integrating CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent, error-free releases.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous peer reviews, documentation, and the implementation of best practices in software engineering.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Node.js, alongside proficiency in Python or Java for back-end development.
- Strong command over front-end fundamentals including HTML5 and CSS3 to create responsive and accessible user interfaces.
- Proven ability to manage relational databases using SQL and design efficient data schemas for complex enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS and containerization tools like Docker to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- Proficient in version control systems such as Git and experienced in maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Candidates must possess 6 - 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of delivering production-grade applications.
- Ability to thrive in a flexible work environment, whether operating remotely or from our offices in Noida or Indore.
