About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Full Stack Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our core engineering team in Bengaluru. You will build scalable web applications, design performant frontend interfaces, and craft robust backend services using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development: Build responsive, fast, and accessible user interfaces using React and Next.js (TypeScript / JavaScript, Tailwind CSS / CSS Modules).

Backend API Development: Design and maintain clean, performant RESTful APIs and backend microservices using Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask).

Database & Architecture: Work with SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL), Supabase, and NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis) databases, optimizing queries and schemas for efficiency.

End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with product managers and designers to take features from concept to production.

Code Quality & Performance: Write clean, modular, tested, and readable code while participating in peer code reviews.

Required Qualifications & Tech Stack

Experience: 1 to 2 years of professional software development experience.

Frontend Stack

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js (App Router / Pages Router).

Good understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6 ) and TypeScript.

Backend Stack

Proficiency in Node.js (Express.js or NestJS).

Hands-on experience with Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).

Databases: Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase, or MongoDB.

Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru, India.

Good to Have (Bonus Points)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or GCP).

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of state management tools (Zustand, Redux, or TanStack Query / React Query).

Prior experience in high-growth startups or healthcare/tech products.
