Job Description:

Deskcode Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 2+ years of experience in React.js and Python development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications, developing secure backend APIs, and creating responsive user interfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications while leveraging modern technologies and AI-powered development tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and interactive web applications using React.js.
• Build scalable backend applications using Python (FastAPI, Django, or Flask).
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Build reusable UI components and maintain clean application architecture.
• Implement authentication and authorization using JWT or OAuth.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
• Debug and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams in an Agile environment.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and code quality.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in React.js with hands-on experience in building responsive and scalable web applications.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, Context API, and React Router for state management and routing.
• Strong backend development experience using Python with frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT and OAuth2.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Redis.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and collaborative version control workflows.
• Experience using API testing and debugging tools such as Postman.
• Basic knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, or Antigravity
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Next.js for building high-performance and server-side rendered (SSR) React applications.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and scalable backend design.
• Experience with caching technologies such as Redis and message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with unit testing and API testing frameworks such as Jest, PyTest, or Postman.
• Understanding of web security best practices, including JWT, OAuth2, CORS, CSRF, and XSS protection.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
