Full Stack Developer - React.js/Java

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with at least 4 years of professional experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React.js for frontend development and Java Spring Boot for backend development. The candidate should also have hands-on experience in building Microservices-based applications and deploying solutions on AWS cloud platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software that meets business requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React.js and Java Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces that provide an excellent user experience across multiple devices and browsers.
• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, and business logic using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement Microservices architecture to ensure application scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party systems through secure APIs.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation activities.

Required Technical Skills :

Frontend Development :

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js development.
• Experience with JavaScript (ES6 ), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
• Experience working with React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and component-based architecture.
• Good understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.

Backend Development :

• Strong proficiency in Java 8 or above.
• Extensive experience in Spring Boot framework.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Good understanding of Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.

Microservices :

• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture.
• Experience with service discovery, API gateways, distributed logging, and inter-service communication.
• Understanding of scalable and fault-tolerant system design principles.

AWS Cloud :

• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, ECS/EKS, and API Gateway.
• Understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment practices.

Database Skills :

• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Ability to write optimized SQL queries and perform database design activities.

DevOps & Tools :

• Experience using Git for version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Experience working with Docker and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes is preferred.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
