Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end web applications, bridging the gap between sophisticated backend logic and intuitive user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-performance technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop scalable web applications by integrating ASP.NET backend services with dynamic React.js frontends to meet complex business requirements.
- Optimize application performance and database interactions to ensure high availability and responsiveness for end-users.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to iterate on features, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with user needs.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices in software engineering to maintain high code quality and system stability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues, minimizing downtime and improving the overall reliability of the software ecosystem.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using ASP.NET and React.js, with a deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Proficiency in TypeScript to ensure type safety and maintainability across large-scale codebases.
- Strong analytical skills to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical designs and actionable development tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with global stakeholders and technical team members in a hybrid work environment.
- Ability to manage end-to-end development lifecycles, from initial requirement gathering to deployment and post-release support.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects.
