Job description

We are looking for an Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack – ReactJS & NodeJS) to develop and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, database management, and API development. This role is suitable for strong project experience or up to 5 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using ReactJS & NodeJS.

  • Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs ensuring security and efficiency.

  • Debug and troubleshoot frontend and backend issues.

  • Follow the best coding practices, write clean and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.

  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams to enhance system architecture and user experience.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and development trends.

  • Adhere to company values: Deliver what was asked, Deliver on time, Deliver in budget, Deliver quality experience.

Requirements

  • Degree: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc IT or related field.

  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS & NodeJS (projects, internships, or professional work).

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend development.

  • Experience working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL) and writing optimized queries.

  • Basic understanding of Git and version control workflows.

  • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Codex or similar tools) is mandatory.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a self-driven attitude.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or Next.js.

  • Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.

  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Firebase).
