Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Engineer - Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team in Udaipur/Jaipur to lead the design and implementation of high-scale web applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend architecture and intuitive frontend interfaces, working closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional engineering squads.
You will be responsible for driving the technical roadmap, ensuring code quality, and delivering robust solutions that directly enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product ecosystem and mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and build scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks to ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring that every feature delivered aligns with long-term company goals.
- Optimize backend services and database queries to improve system latency and reliability, directly impacting the stability of our customer-facing platforms.
- Lead code reviews and implement best practices in software development to maintain a clean, maintainable, and secure codebase for the entire engineering department.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks in production environments, minimizing downtime and maximizing the value delivered to our end users.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated mastery in building end-to-end web solutions using HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, React.js, and Node.js, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization during the product development lifecycle.
- Proven experience in mentoring engineering teams, fostering collaborative environments, and driving technical initiatives that improve team productivity.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment based in Udaipur or Jaipur.
- A solid educational foundation in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
