Job Position: Fullstack Developer - React JS & Node JS

Role & Responsibilities:

• Actively contribute to the architecture and design of application platforms.
• Consistently contribute code, identify and suggest improvements, write tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to gather feedback, shape technical requirements, and maintain the project roadmap.
• Coordinate development efforts across projects with intermediate and junior developers.
• Debug production issues quickly and effectively with a focus on improving long-term maintainability.
• Ensure platforms are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of professional development experience with React and Node.js.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong eye for design and solid CSS skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience working with document and relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Some experience leading or coordinating development work with other developers.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
