Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–5 years of experience in React.js, Python, and PostgreSQL to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI,
• Experience in microservices.
• Design, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the full technology stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Prepare technical documentation for developed modules and features.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Good experience with Python and backend frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and query tuning.
• Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git version control systems.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker is an advantage.
• Exposure to AWS platform.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka or Redis will be considered a plus.**
