Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team at a leading US MNC, focusing on the integration of Generative AI into enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend AI models and intuitive user interfaces, ensuring seamless performance and high scalability.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and global stakeholders, to translate technical requirements into robust digital solutions. Your work will directly influence the end-user experience by delivering intelligent, responsive, and high-impact features that drive business efficiency and innovation across our global product suite.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement scalable full-stack applications by integrating Gen AI capabilities to enhance product functionality and user engagement.
- Develop high-performance frontend interfaces using React.js and Angularjs to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience across diverse platforms.
- Build and maintain secure, efficient server-side logic using Node.js to support real-time data processing and AI model interactions.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect layouts using HTML, CSS, and Less CSS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize application performance and code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and continuous integration practices to meet global enterprise standards.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine product roadmaps, ensuring that technical implementations align with long-term business objectives and user needs.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building end-to-end web applications using Javascript and modern Javascript Frameworks, with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js.
- Proven ability to design responsive and visually appealing interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Less CSS, maintaining high standards for accessibility and performance.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to integrate Generative AI APIs into existing workflows to solve complex business challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements in a fast-paced, global MNC setting.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model across our Gurgaon, Bangalore, or Pune offices, fostering strong team synergy and project ownership.
