Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a full-stack developer with 2–3 years of experience who can take ownership of features end-to-end, from UI development to backend APIs and database design. You will work closely with founders and product teams to build scalable, AI-integrated web applications.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js and React.js
• Build and optimize backend services using Node.js
• Design and manage MongoDB schemas and queries
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and AI tools
• Implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces
• Collaborate on product features, architecture decisions, and deployments
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for performance and scalability

What we're looking for

• Strong experience with Next.js and React.js
• Proficiency in Node.js and REST API development
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (aggregation, indexing, schema design)
• Understanding of full-stack architecture and data flow
• Basic knowledge of prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI or similar)
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Experience with TypeScript
• Familiarity with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)
• Experience deploying apps on cloud platforms (DigitalOcean, AWS, Vercel)
• Understanding of performance optimization and SEO (especially for Next.js)
• Knowledge of Docker or containerization
• Exposure to AI-powered features (chatbots, recommendation systems, automation workflows)
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
