Full Stack Drupal Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Drupal Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Bangalore/Chennai. In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain complex web applications, serving as a technical bridge between business requirements and scalable digital solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, UI/UX designers, and global stakeholders to deliver high-impact features that enhance user engagement and platform performance. By leveraging your deep expertise in the Drupal ecosystem and modern frontend frameworks, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation strategy and ensuring our infrastructure remains robust, secure, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement scalable Drupal-based solutions to meet evolving business needs, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for our global user base.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from initial system design and database schema architecture to deployment and post-launch optimization.
• Integrate complex third-party APIs and microservices to extend platform functionality and provide a seamless experience for our customers.
• Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in clean, maintainable, and secure coding standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage AWS-based deployments, ensuring that our cloud environment is cost-effective and highly resilient.
• Optimize database performance across MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL environments to support high-traffic applications and data-intensive operations.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated mastery in Drupal development, including custom module creation, theme development, and complex site architecture, backed by 7-12 years of professional experience.
• Proven ability to build dynamic, responsive user interfaces using AngularJS and modern JavaScript, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Strong proficiency in backend development using PHP and Node.js, with a deep understanding of server-side logic and asynchronous programming.
• Extensive experience managing diverse database systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB, with a focus on data integrity and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, demonstrating the ability to deploy and scale applications in a cloud-native environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, hybrid-work environment.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in engineering principles.
