Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position emphasizes delivering innovative solutions that enhance client services by applying modern technologies and agile methodologies.

Collaboration with various stakeholders to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily activities.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software components.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align development activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Experience with front-end and back-end development technologies relevant to full stack engineering.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and agile development practices.
• Ability to design and implement user-centric interfaces alongside robust backend services.
• Familiarity with database management and integration techniques to support system functionality.
