BidwiserCompany Description Bidwiser is India’s first AI-native tender intelligence platform built for contractors, consultancies, EPC firms, and infrastructure developers. Bidwiser operates in a massive, under-digitized multi-billion-dollar market and already has strong early traction with real infrastructure companies. We are building a deeply technical, product-driven company where engineering decisions directly shape customer outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend & Product Ownership Own and build frontend features using Angular or React (React experience is a strong plus)
Design and implement scalable, maintainable UI architecture
Translate product requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences
Continuously improve UX, performance, and reliability
Take ownership of features from idea → implementation → production Backend & API Integration Build and consume REST APIs using Node.js (and Python where needed)
Integrate frontend with LLM-powered backend services
Handle authentication, authorization, and role-based access
Work with databases (SQL / NoSQL) for product features Startup & Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Work closely with founders on product decisions and roadmap
Actively handle customer-reported issues, bugs, and feature-related queries
Provide light customer support (debugging issues, improving UX based on feedback)
Assist in production deployments and issue resolution
Improve internal tooling, dashboards, and workflows as needed Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Engineering roles
Strong experience with Angular or React
Solid backend development experience with Node.js and REST APIs
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization systems
Working knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
Strong ownership mindset and accountability for shipped features
Comfortable interacting directly with customers and production systems Good to Have
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience building data-heavy dashboards or analytics UIs
Prior startup or early-stage product experience
