Full Stack Engineer (HubSpot)

About the Role

We need a Full Stack Engineer to build tools and dashboards for a client's sales team using HubSpot. You will work directly with the client, understand their needs and build the solution.

What You Will Do

• Understand the sales team's needs and build tools for them.
• Build HubSpot integrations using its APIs.
• Build backend services in Python or Node.js.
• Build simple dashboards using React.
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) to work faster.
• Give regular updates to the client.

Must Have

• 3 years as a Full Stack or Backend Engineer.
• Python or Node.js.
• React or any modern frontend framework.
• Hands-on HubSpot integration experience.
• Regular use of AI coding tools.

Good to Have

• Built tools for sales or CRM teams.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience.
• HubSpot certification.

Soft Skills

• Good English communication.
• Comfortable working directly with clients.
