About Role :

We're looking for an experienced Lead Full-Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java, Terraform and React to drive the evolution of Sikri's Elements platform and core product suite. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and architectural ownership.

As a Lead Developer, you will be a role model for technical excellence, leading development and maintenance efforts while working closely with teams in India and Scandinavia. You'll collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that create value for Sikri's customers.

You will work in agile, cross-functional teams using two-week sprints, balancing feature development with ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement.

• Design and implement end-to-end solutions
• Influence and evolve architecture, standards, and best practices
• Identify, prioritize, and manage technical debt
• Mentor developers and support team growth
• Participate in security reviews and promote secure coding
• Collaborate across Product, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Security

Required Experience & Skills :

• Strong experience as a Full-stack Developer working on complex, production systems.
• Solid hands-on experience with Java or Kotlin in backend development.
• Experience working with and modernizing legacy AngularJS-based frontends, plus exposure to modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
• Proven experience with cloud-native and preferably serverless architectures.
• Strong understanding of operability, observability, and incident handling (monitoring, alerting, runbooks, post-incident reviews).
• Good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical quality and long-term maintainability.
• Experience mentoring other developers and contributing to technical leadership within a team.
