About the Role :
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications while collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams. The candidate should be capable of owning end-to-end development and contributing to architectural decisions and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and microservices.
- Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and database solutions.
- Participate in system architecture, design reviews, and technical discussions.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive measures.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.
- Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills :
Front-End :
- Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS
- Responsive UI development
Back-End :
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
Database :
- SQL databases : MySQL, PostgreSQL
- NoSQL databases : MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra (preferred)
Cloud & DevOps :
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Version control using Git

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
