About the Role :

We are seeking a Full stack Engineer (MERN) with proven expertise in building modern full-stack applications using React, Golang, and PostgreSQL. This role requires a blend of hands-on development, team leadership and project ownership. Youll mentor other developers, manage delivery timelines and ensure technical excellence from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of high-quality web applications using React, Golang, Express, and PostgreSQL
• Manage the complete software development life cycle (SDLC) from design to deployment
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, ensuring best practices are followed
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance commercial value and development effort
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Design, implement, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Conduct regular code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
• Self-manage projects, deadlines, and priorities

Qualifications & Requirement :

• 5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience with React, Golang, and PostgreSQL
• Strong to expert-level proficiency in JavaScript
• Solid understanding of SQL database systems and ACID principles.
• Excellent communication skills fluent spoken and written English
• Detail-oriented and meticulous work ethic
• Ability to independently manage and deliver projects
• Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and guiding teams
• Strong focus on software quality, testing, and best practices
• Nice to have : Advanced HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills
