Position : Full stack Engineer (Node JS, React)

Overall/Total Experience : 4 - 6 years only

Location : Gurugram (Only for Delhi/NCR Candidates)

Working Days : 5 Days Working from office

Notice Period Requirement : Immediate Joiners Only

Client's Company Size : Startup/Small Enterprise

Interview Process : R2 will be a face-to-face machine coding interview at Gurugram office

Job Description :

As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining core backend components with a strong focus on real-time communication and system scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contribute to both frontend and backend development.
• Build MVP features such as login, call routing, dashboard integration.
• Work on CRM sync, WhatsApp integration (OpenWA), ticketing.
• Knowledge of AWS.

Candidate Requirements :

• Strong Full Stack Engineer (React.js + Node.js) Profiles.
• Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.
• Must have hands-on experience building scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs.
• Must have experience working with Redis and Kafka for caching, messaging, or event-driven architecture.
• Must have hands-on experience developing both frontend and backend modules, including APIs and UI components.
• Preferred (Skills) : Exposure to real-time socket communication, omnichannel platforms, or communication APIs is an added advantage.
