Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Generative AI to build scalable, production-grade AI-powered applications. The role involves developing intelligent assistants, conversational platforms, and enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, agentic AI frameworks, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), with a focus on customer service use cases across chat and email channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support enterprise applications.
• Develop AI-powered applications, including intelligent assistants, chatbots, knowledge search platforms, and workflow automation solutions.
• Integrate LLMs and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Develop agentic AI workflows and implement MCP integrations for connecting AI models with tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Build solutions for customer service operations across chat and email channels, preferably in eCommerce or retail environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Data teams to define use cases and deliver reliable AI solutions.
• Optimise application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Contribute to code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, production deployments, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

• 8 - 12 years of software development experience, including substantial hands-on full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.js, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development practices.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, microservices, and scalable application architectures.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, agentic AI frameworks, and MCP-based integrations or tool orchestration.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, application security, testing, and performance optimisation.
• At least 1 year of experience with Core Java and Spring Boot, along with practical exposure to microservices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
