Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js

We are hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React) to design and build scalable, high-performance web applications. The role involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams, ownership of architecture and code quality, and contribution to modern UI and backend systems.

Role : Full stack Engineer (Nodejs & ReactJs)

Experience : 6 to 8 Years

Location : Remote (Anywhere in India)

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and build scalable web applications

• Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security

- Build and maintain a reusable UI component library

• Write unit tests to ensure robustness, edge cases, and usability
• Manage releases for internal stakeholders
• Develop and maintain internal tools and reporting systems

- Collaborate with product teams to break down business requirements into engineering tasks

• Work closely with engineers to plan, build, and test new features

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelors/masters degree in computer science or related field

- 6 years of experience as a Web Application Engineer

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and MERN stack
• 4 years of hands-on experience with Node.js
• 4 years of experience with React, Redux, and TypeScript
• Strong experience with WebSockets and observable-based programming
• Experience designing and working with distributed systems and microservices
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and RESTful APIs
• Experience building asynchronous client-side applications (AJAX)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack or Rollup
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Good to Have :

• Experience with MongoDB, Cassandra
• Exposure to Vue.js, Angular, NgRx, RxJS
• Experience building streaming or real-time analytics systems
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
