3+ years of professional software development experience.
Tech Stack :
Backend: Node.js / TypeScript or Golang.
Frontend: React.js or Flutter.
Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or equivalent.
Responsibilities :
Designing and developing REST APIs, backend services, integrations, and business logic.
Understanding of HTTP, API design, authentication/authorization, error handling, asynchronous programming, and backend application architecture.
Writing maintainable, modular, testable, and production-quality code.
Working understanding of schema design, relationships, joins, indexing, transactions, and basic query optimisation.
Basic-to-intermediate system design knowledge including API design, service boundaries, database selection, caching, scalability, asynchronous processing, failure handling, and basic distributed-system trade-offs.
Agentic AI Experience :
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using Agentic AI or AI coding tools.
Experience using AI tools for code generation, debugging, refactoring, code understanding, testing, documentation, or code review.
Ability to provide appropriate context and constraints to coding agents and validate their output before use.
Experience with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, or equivalent.
