Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js

Role : Senior Full Stack Engineer (JavaScript)

Location : Marol (Mumbai) & Baner (Pune)

Experience : 5 Years

We're looking for passionate Full Stack Engineers who can design, build, and scale modern applications. The role demands hands-on expertise across backend, frontend, databases, and cloud deployments.

What we're looking for :

• Backend Development : Strong skills in JavaScript/Node.js (experience with Golang/Elixir is a plus)
• Frontend Development : Proven expertise with React.js for scalable and responsive applications
• Databases : Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Cloud : Hands-on with AWS or GCP deployments
• Dev Practices : OOP/FP principles, SOLID coding standards, clean architecture
• Containers : Docker (Kubernetes exposure is a bonus)
• Performance & Scale : Worked on production systems, tuning APIs, and optimizing databases
• Collaboration : Ability to communicate design, write clear documentation, and work in distributed teams

Nice to Have :

• Exposure to RabbitMQ, Redis, Kubernetes
• Contributions to open source projects
• Experience with AI APIs (NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs)

What you'll be doing :

• Designing and implementing features end-to-end (frontend backend)
• Writing unit & integration tests, ensuring secure & maintainable code
• Collaborating with peers on system design & low-level design discussions
• Deploying, monitoring, and supporting applications in production
• Continuously learning and contributing to improving engineering practices
