Job description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for web applications and APIs.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Implement and maintain frontend components using ReactJS.
- Identify, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement fixes and improvements.
- Ensure seamless operation of applications for US-based users during night support hours.
- Document technical solutions, best practices, and recurring issues.
- Assist in deploying updates, patches, and monitoring application health.
