Full Stack Engineer - Python/React.js

Must-Have Skills :

• Python (1+ year, production experience)
• Python web framework FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• REST / GraphQL API development
• LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs)
• AI agent frameworks LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• Core agent patterns tool use, function calling, RAG, memory, multi-step planning
• Vector databases Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, or Chroma
• Prompt engineering
• Git, JSON, standard developer tooling

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop end-to-end scalable and secure web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness for a superior user experience.
• Collaborate effectively with product and design teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications and actionable development plans.
• Architect and implement robust APIs and microservices, ensuring seamless integration with various internal and external systems.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability through continuous monitoring, profiling, and refactoring efforts.
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment, contributing to a culture of engineering excellence and maintainability.
• Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing sessions to elevate the team's collective expertise and foster innovation.
