We are building an end-to-end Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution where technology drives procedural automation and standardization. Our platform incorporates industry-leading modules and tools widely adopted by financial institutions, covering the entire client lifecycle—from onboarding, maintenance, and regulatory compliance to offboarding.
The solution seamlessly integrates with various in-house products, including Counterparty Manager, ISDA Amend, Outreach360, Request for Amendment, KYC, and Tax Utility. Built on a mature Java/Spring Boot technology stack and powered by AWS infrastructure, the platform leverages the latest industry advancements to deliver a scalable, enterprise-grade solution over a multi-year strategic roadmap.
Responsibilitie
- sWork across backend, frontend, data, and AI functions, focusing on modern architectures, AI-driven automation, and cross-jurisdictional data compliance
- .Design and architect solutions for complex business challenges within the Client Lifecycle Management domain using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS technologies
- .Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, promoting best practices, coding standards, and software design principles
- .Demonstrate a deep understanding of existing multi-system architecture and develop optimal technical solutions to meet evolving business requirements
- .Develop high-quality, high-performance, and scalable enterprise applications
- .Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues across Java, Angular, PostgreSQL, and AWS-based environments
- .Build solutions supporting KYC, AML, FATCA/CRS, LEI, and other regulatory compliance requirements
- .Implement AI/ML-driven automation for entity matching, data validation, and workflow orchestration
- .Develop Agentic AI and LLM-based services to streamline client onboarding, document processing, and exception handling
- .Ensure compliance with data privacy, data sovereignty, and regulatory architecture patterns, including regional sharding and zero-data-copy strategies
- .Contribute expertise in Client Lifecycle Management and KYC workflow solutions, with a strong understanding of regulatory and onboarding processes

Mandatory Skil
- lsStrong Core Java 8+ / Java EE design skills with solid understanding of design pattern
- s.Extensive experience designing and developing microservices using Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring Batch, JDBC, etc.
- ).Strong knowledge of messaging technologies such as ActiveMQ, Kafka, Amazon SQS, and Amazon SN
- S.Expertise in PostgreSQL database design, SQL optimization, and performance tunin
- g.Strong experience with multithreading, concurrency, and data structure
- s.Hands-on experience building layered applications using REST APIs, XML, JAXB, and JSO
- N.Experience with AWS services including Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, ECS, ECR, SQS, and SN
- S.Familiarity with OpenAI APIs and Agentic AI technologies, including CrewAI, LangChain, RAG, AutoGen, NLP, Java, Python, REST, telemetry, security, and auditabilit
- y.Strong domain knowledge of Client Onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory workflows, including due diligence, approvals, legal entity structures, and regulatory documentatio
- n.Hands-on experience with entity resolution and matching using graph-based identity resolution and fuzzy matching framework
- s.Proven experience leading development teams delivering Client Lifecycle Management product
