Full Stack Java Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Java Developer to join our high-performance engineering team in Chennai. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of scalable enterprise applications, bridging the gap between complex backend microservices and intuitive, high-speed frontend interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and cloud architects to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high-performance data processing for our core business modules.
• Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js to provide a seamless and engaging experience for our end customers.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on GCP, optimizing infrastructure costs and system reliability for mission-critical services.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.
• Integrate third-party APIs and microservices to enhance system functionality and support cross-functional business objectives.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated mastery in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Proven ability to craft dynamic, component-based frontend architectures using React.js, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimized rendering performance.
• Hands-on experience in architecting and maintaining cloud solutions on GCP, including familiarity with App Engine, Cloud Functions, and Cloud SQL.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a track record of solving complex engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the agility to adapt to evolving project requirements while maintaining a focus on long-term system maintainability.
