Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skills)

About the role

We are building a new travel platform – a premium holiday website plus a marketplace for travel agents. We already have an existing software built on Java (Spring Boot), Angular and PostgreSQL, running on Hetzner Cloud. Our new customer-facing website is built in Next.js. You will work closely with our senior technical lead, who will guide your work and review your code.

What you will do

• Build REST APIs in Spring Boot (packages, itineraries, enquiries / leads, media)
• Build and improve screens in our Angular application (admin panel, lead management, package add / edit)
• Work on the Next.js website: connect pages with APIs, fix issues
• Fix bugs and improve the existing code
• Make database changes through Flyway migrations, as approved by the tech lead
• Write clean, tested code and raise pull requests for review
• Later modules: agent login, lead distribution, payments (Razorpay)

Must have

• 3–5 years of Java full stack development
• Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, REST APIs
• Angular/Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Good SQL with PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Git and pull-request based workflow
• Comfortable working on an existing codebase

Good to have

• Next.js / React
• Spring Security / JWT login
• Razorpay or any payment gateway integration
• Docker and Linux server basics

Working style

• Full-time, regular day-time working hours
• Short daily call with the tech lead
