Role : Full Stack Lead
Job Description :
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead to drive the technical execution of key product initiatives across web, backend, APIs, and shared systems.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong engineering depth with practical leadership. You should be comfortable writing production-quality code, making sound technical decisions, and working closely with product, design, and mobile teams to take products from idea to launch.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and development of full-stack features and systems across frontend, backend, APIs, and supporting infrastructure
- Translate product and business requirements into clean technical plans with clear milestones and dependencies
- Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend systems and APIs
- Drive architecture and implementation decisions with strong judgment on speed, quality, and long-term maintainability
- Improve engineering quality through stronger code reviews, testing discipline, debugging practices, and release readiness
- Work closely with product, design, and mobile teams to ensure smooth cross-functional execution
- Identify technical debt, bottlenecks, performance risks, and reliability issues early, and drive resolution
- Mentor engineers and help improve overall engineering ownership and technical rigor
Required Skills & Experience :
- Strong hands-on experience in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Strong experience with React.js and preferably Next.js
- Strong backend experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS
- Experience building and scaling REST APIs in production
- Good understanding of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Strong understanding of system design, scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Experience with Git, code reviews, testing, debugging, and release discipline
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, integrations, and secure backend development
- Experience building and shipping full-stack products in a product-focused environment
Good to Have :
- Experience working closely with iOS / Android teams on cross-platform execution
- Experience with React Native or mobile-backend coordination
- Experience with AWS / cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows
- Experience with payments, subscriptions, billing workflows, or in-app purchase systems
- Experience with consumer-facing / B2C products
