Full Stack Lead - Node.js/React.js

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript, along with proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams and delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end development of full stack applications using Node.js and React.js
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices
• Ensure high-quality code, performance optimization, and application reliability
• Drive adoption of modern development practices (CI/CD, testing, DevOps)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 8 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with Redux Toolkit for efficient and scalable state management in React applications
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and responsive design
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

• Ability to drive technical decisions and influence architecture
• Agile/Scrum development experience
