Full Stack Lead - React.js/Node.js

Position : Fullstack Lead (Java | React | Angular | AWS)

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable full-stack enterprise applications.
• Define solution architecture and drive technical design decisions.
• Develop and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
• Build cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor development teams.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Monitor application performance, scalability, and security.
• Drive innovation by adopting modern technologies and engineering best practices.

Requirements :

• 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS (RDS, EKS, S3, VPC, SQS, Lambda).
• Strong knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, and Cloud Architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and DevOps practices.
• Strong SQL, database design, and query optimization skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodology.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions.
• Financial Services/Insurance domain experience is preferred.
• Experience designing complex enterprise platforms is an added advantage.
