• AI-Assisted Engineering: Seamlessly integrate advanced LLM orchestration tools and workflows (such as Claude Code and custom agentic pipelines) into your daily development cycle to prototype and ship faster.
• Building Modern Web Architecture: Develop robust, scalable applications leveraging React on the frontend and Node.js on the backend to handle high-throughput asynchronous workloads.

What We're Looking For

• Core Stack Mastery: Deep, production-level expertise in React and Node.js (TypeScript preferred), with a strong foundation in modern web app performance and state management.
• AI Fluency: Hands-on experience working with modern LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows—knowing not just how to use AI tools, but how to build software powered by them.
• Product Mindset: A passion for rapid prototyping, clean code, and building scalable software from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Developer role based in Coimbatore. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using technologies like Node.js, React, MongoDB, and Express.js. Responsibilities include implementing RESTful APIs, integrating front-end and back-end functionalities, optimizing application performance, debugging issues, deploying applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full Stack Development, including expertise in Node.js, React, MongoDB, and Express.js
• Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs and maintaining server-side logic
• Strong knowledge in front-end design patterns, component-based architecture, and user interface development
• Familiarity with database design, queries, and performance optimization in MongoDB
• Problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in debugging, performance tuning, and scalability
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git) and deployment pipelines
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in AI, machine learning, or content platforms is an added advantage
