Job Description

Job Role: Full Stack (Python React) Technical Lead

Location: Bangalore & Pune

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full-stack applications using Python and ReactJS.
Develop secure and high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
Build and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services including EC2, ECS, S3, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda, VPC, and Serverless technologies.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate ReactJS applications with backend APIs.
Implement containerized solutions using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment and testing.
Implement monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Datadog.
Leverage AI-powered development tools for code generation, code review, testing, and engineering productivity.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

7 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Cloud Engineering, or Backend Development.
Strong expertise in Python and frameworks including FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
Hands-on experience with ReactJS and frontend API integration.
Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices.
Extensive experience with AWS Cloud services including EC2, ECS, S3, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda, VPC, and Serverless architecture.
Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, database design, indexing, and performance optimization.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and Git-based development.
Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog.
Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
