Overview:
The Fullstack Developer - React & .NET plays a crucial role in our organization, responsible for developing and maintaining front-end and back-end applications using React and .NET technologies. This position is essential to ensuring the seamless integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic to provide high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end architecture using React.js
- Create and maintain back-end services and APIs using .NET
- Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX design wireframes into working code
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in React.js and .NET framework
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
