Title - Mern Stack Developer - Full Stack , React + Node + Python
Location- Jaipur
Duration - Fulltime
Position Specific Requirements
48 years of hands-on full stack engineering experience, with a minimum of 1 year delivering production-grade Generative AI or Agentic AI features (proof-of-concept work alone will not qualify).
- Proven proficiency across the complete stack — candidates must demonstrate independent capability in both frontend (React/Next.js/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js/NestJS and Python/FastAPI) development. Single-layer specialists are not suitable for this position.
- Demonstrable end-to-end delivery experience on AWS or Azure, covering compute, identity, data storage, messaging, and observability services. Working proficiency across both cloud platforms is a strong advantage.
- Practical experience implementing Generative AI application patterns, including retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings and chunking strategy, function/tool calling, structured output handling, prompt versioning, evaluation harnesses, and token/cost optimization.
- Practical experience implementing Agentic AI patterns, including multi-step agent orchestration, tool registries, MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and client development, agent memory and state management, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
- Ability to independently own a complete vertical slice of functionality — requirement analysis, API design, service implementation, frontend integration, deployment, and production monitoring — with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of enterprise non-functional requirements: authentication and authorization (Entra ID / Cognito / OAuth2), role-based access control, PII and sensitive data handling, data residency, audit logging, and secrets management.
- Hands-on experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Docker, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Terraform/Bicep/CDK).
- Demonstrated experience writing and maintaining automated tests across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers, and participating actively in peer code review.
- Proven ability to operate within a client-facing Agile delivery pod — sprint commitment and estimation, backlog grooming participation, sprint demonstrations, and ownership of production defects through to resolution.
- Written and verbal communication skills sufficient for direct interaction with client engineering leads, architects, and business stakeholders without intermediary support.
