Fullstack Developer

• *Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with 3-7 years of experience in building scalable web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React (Web), React Native (Mobile), along with backend development using Java (Spring Boot) and Python.

You will be part of a fast-paced startup environment, working on innovative healthcare software solutions, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.

• *Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Spring Boot and Python
• Build responsive web applications using React.js
• Develop cross-platform mobile/tablet apps using React Native
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases (schema, queries, optimization)
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Manage application deployment and infrastructure on AWS
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time
• *Required Skills:
• *Backend:
• Java with Spring Boot (REST APIs, Spring Data JPA, Security)
• Python (backend development/scripting)
• PostgreSQL (database design, performance tuning)
• *Frontend:
• React.js (hooks, state management)
• React Native (Android & iOS development)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• *General:
• Version control using Git
• Understanding of RESTful API design
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Experience working in AI-driven or fast-paced development environments
• *Preferred / Good to Have:
• Experience with Docker and AWS cloud services
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Pytest)
• Exposure to healthcare or medical software systems
