- Design and develop high-quality, scalable web applications and microservices using TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to build cutting-edge features and ensure high standards of user experience.
- Implement and optimize full-stack solutions, ensuring they are reliable, maintainable, and performance-optimized.
- Develop and maintain microservices and APIs using Python and ensure seamless integration with front-end systems built in React and TypeScript.
- Work with AWS services to deploy applications and manage cloud infrastructure.
- Leverage ElasticSearch to handle search and analytics requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across both the front-end and back-end.
- Utilize Postgres/NoSQL DB for data storage and management.
- Drive continuous improvement through the integration of CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and automated deployments.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are adopting best practices and new tools that will benefit the team and the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on TypeScript, React, and Python.
- Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of ElasticSearch, with hands-on experience in search and indexing.
- Proficiency in designing and building microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Postgres and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Experience in full-stack development and a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks and technologies such as Vue.js or Angular.
