TECHNICAL LEAD Minimum of 8+ years of strong hands-on full stack with Angular developer experience.

• Have a strong technology background as full stack (Angular) lead developer with exceptional experience building large scale enterprise applications.
• Building RESTful web services, API management, Microservice using Spring Ecosystem, Kafka, and container based solutions.
• Excellent Database knowledge and hands on experience managing a large RDBMS, LDAP.
• Worked on industry leading COTS solutions, such as Ping Federate, Access Management, ThreatMetrix, Biocatch, etc. integration with home grown enterprise capabilities.
• Have strong working experience in deploying containerized solutions using AKS in Azure or other similar Cloud infrastructure.
• Design and build highly resilient fault tolerant and high throughput application ecosystem.
• Be an active player in PoC and Solution Design Thinking.
• Provide strong technical leadership and be an active champion to drive the Public Cloud Azure adoption.
• Participate in all aspects of the application development life-cycle: PoC, Ideation, Design, Build, Test, and Ongoing operation.
• Embrace DevOps culture including CI/CD, Jenkins, test automation.
• Embrace a learning mindset to take each task as a challenge to learn and share knowledge as a way of continuous improvement.
• Act with ownership culture to drive meaningful change that aligns with the overall enterprise product vision.
• Possess sound to advanced knowledge of the business, technical environment, processes, procedures, various programming languages, and operating systems.
• Work independently as an experienced developer and help resolve complex issues, guiding others within the area of expertise.

Areas of ResponsibilityGathering of Requirements

• Participate in gathering requirements for specific modules and ensure clear, structured documentation. Work across multiple business processes to capture linkages, dependencies, and required changes.

Solution Design

• Facilitate creation of application solution designs for a specific module under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.

Coding and Configuration

• Review the developed codes, resolve technical queries of the team for the assigned module, and create consistent replication patterns, to ensure that the developed code aligns with project standards. Collaborate with project managers through all phases of the software development life cycle.

• Perform root-cause analysis to identify and troubleshoot recurring technical issues. Modify software codes to resolve errors, adapt to new hardware and software, enhance performance, and upgrade interfaces.

Implementation

• Collaborate with technical teams to validate configurations, facilitate integration of new applications, and address dependencies during deployment. Prepare user training documents and related frameworks to ensure smooth adoption of new applications and minimize transition risks.
