Develop responsive web and mobile applications using React and React Native for frontend and backend functionality.
Contribute to application design and architecture.
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to produce high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and designs.
Maintain and evolve development standards, documentation, and release notes.
Convert technical user stories into performant, usable interfaces.
Provide estimates for tasks and stories, delivering status updates regularly.
Test deliverables against acceptance criteria and ensure quality standards.
Update and contribute to technical documentation.
Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Debug production issues, multitask, and execute tasks with accuracy in a high-pressure environment.
Stay updated on latest web technologies, conduct POCs, and apply new tools/technologies.
Write unit tests and design testable code for user stories.
Follow common design patterns and development best practices.
Identify areas for automation and process improvement.

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5-7 years of web development experience; media/entertainment industry experience is a plus.
Minimum 3 years in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
