Roles and Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack GenAI Engineer. This role blends modern front-end engineering (React) with backend and GenAI engineering (Python) to build enterprise-grade GenAI applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will develop user-centric AI experiences, integrate agentic workflows using Google ADK and MCP, and deliver secure, scalable solutions aligned to Risk and governance expectations.
- Must be proficient in ReactJS and Python.
- Must have production experience with LangChain and Google ADK.
- Must have at least 1 production-grade GenAI application built with these technologies.
- Must have 6+ years of work experience.
Required Technical Skills :
Front End :
- React (advanced) : component design, state management, performance optimization, accessibility, and API integration.
- Strong UI engineering fundamentals : modular design, error handling, and responsive layouts.
Backend and Programming :
- Python (advanced) : API development, data handling, async patterns (as needed), testing, packaging, and clean architecture.
GenAI and Agentic Frameworks (Core) :
- Hands-on experience with Google ADK and MCP for agent or tool orchestration and connectors.
- Working knowledge of LangChain and LangGraph (prompting, tools, orchestration concepts, stateful workflows).
Cloud :
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) : experience building and deploying applications in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with secure cloud patterns : IAM concepts, secrets management, networking basics, logging and monitoring.
Databases and Vector Stores (Any) :
- Experience with at least one database and a vector store, for example : pgvector, Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, Elastic or OpenSearch.
- Understanding of embedding-based retrieval, indexing, and retrieval quality tuning.
