GhostDraft Developer - Document Automation

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced GhostDraft Developer to join our team and work on document generation and automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GhostDraft, template development, document composition, and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure, and maintain document templates using GhostDraft.
• Design and implement automated document generation solutions.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand document requirements.
• Develop reusable templates and document components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve template, formatting, and document generation issues.
• Integrate GhostDraft solutions with enterprise applications and data sources.
• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of document solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development standards.
• Support production issues and enhancements as required.

Required Skills :

• Hands-on experience with GhostDraft / GhostDraft Designer.
• Strong experience in document composition and template development.
• Experience working with XML, JSON, HTML, CSS or similar document/data formats.
• Understanding of data mapping and document automation.
• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work in the 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST shift.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with enterprise document management/composition platforms.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration technologies.
• Experience in insurance, banking, or other enterprise domains is a plus.
