We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript-First) with 7 to 8 years of experience to join our high-autonomy engineering team. In this role, your primary strength will be building resilient, production-grade systems using React and NestJS, paired with a solid capability in Python to handle data-heavy workloads, scripts, and service integrations.

Requirements :
- Experience : 7-8 years of full-stack engineering experience delivering enterprise-grade or high-traffic web applications.
- Frontend Excellence : Deep mastery of React and its modern ecosystem (React Query, Zustand, React Hook Form, React Router, Vite, and data-dense UI tools like AG Grid).
- Backend Versatility : Expert in TypeScript/NestJS, alongside professional proficiency in Python (comfortable using Pytest, writing clean APIs, and handling data integrations).
- DevOps &
- Cloud-Native Fluency : Practical experience containerizing applications with Docker, deploying to Kubernetes, and managing pipelines via GitLab CI/CD (ideally within GCP).
- Testing Rigor : Proven track record with testing frameworks such as Jest, Pytest, and Playwright for robust E2E validation.
- Nice-to-Have Skills : Experience with data visualization libraries like D3.js, Recharts, or Vega is a major plus.
Job Responsibilities :
- Feature Delivery : Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React on the frontend and NestJS / Python on the backend.
- Architecture &
- Schema Design : Architect robust relational database schemas and optimize complex queries for PostgreSQL and MySQL via Prisma.
- Quality &
- TDD : Lead by example with strict TDD practices, writing comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain bulletproof CI-integrated quality gates.
- Integration &
- Data Work : Develop, maintain, and optimize production-grade Python services and scripts for data processing and external system integrations.
- System Performance : Ensure high reliability, optimal performance, and smooth asynchronous programming flows across Node.js runtime and client-side application states.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Product, Data, and DevOps teams to scope features, refine system architecture, and continuously deploy cloud-native systems.
