We are looking for an experienced Core Java Developer to design and develop scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, distributed systems, REST APIs, and modern integration technologies, with experience building robust applications in Linux environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Core Java and J2EE technologies.
- Build high-performance, multithreaded applications with a focus on reliability and scalability.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Apply object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases for application development and performance optimization.
- Develop messaging and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka, ActiveMQ, or similar technologies.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD processes, and Agile development practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills :
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Core Java development.
- Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, Multithreading, Collections Framework, Exception Handling, and Design Patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services, XML, JDBC, and database programming.
- Good understanding of OOAD, software architecture, and scalable application design.
- Experience with integration technologies such as Apache Camel, ESBs, Apache Kafka, and ActiveMQ.
- Hands-on experience with Cassandra or other NoSQL databases.
- Experience working with Camunda BPMN or similar workflow engines.
- Strong experience developing applications on Linux platforms (Solaris knowledge is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, SonarQube, JUnit, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work in distributed Agile teams.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.
- Knowledge of OSGi framework.
- Experience in Telecom BSS, Charging & Billing, or B2B enterprise platforms.
- Exposure to JavaScript and modern software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or XP.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
Education (Mandatory) :
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, MS, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
